One of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious projects, set in the heart of a park, was developed by a New York-based firm with an international architectural presence. The developer approached BKInterior with a unique request: to create a concept inspired by New York, where buyers could choose pre-designed, fully furnished apartments based on selected styles.
To meet this need, we developed four distinct design packages, each representing an element of nature—Water, Earth, Air, and Fire. These packages were designed for both the convenience of the buyer and the developer, including everything from furniture and kitchen designs to flooring and finishes, all aligned with the chosen theme.
The project became one of Tel Aviv’s most successful developments and continues to expand, with new buildings designed under the same marketing concept. BKInterior’s role in providing tailored design packages contributed significantly to its success.
